Moose: It's what's for dinner! Tomorrow! Fresh!!! Remember what I said about the importance of moose around here. These folks are not rich. For them to share represents serious generosity. I continue to be humbled. It probably doesn't hurt.
Do you have any idea yet how far a moose will get a family? How do they store, preserve, etc? Is it likely or unlikely for an individual family to get a moose and are there limits how many moose a hunter can take in a season? Is there travel involved, etc?
