We were doing some exercises for our training in the gym today. We were practicing how to get out of holds that might be placed on us. One maneuver required us to extend our arms overhead and shrug our shoulders close to out ears to get out of a choke hold. My right shoulder has been a little techy since the auto accident, but I kind of ignored it with everything else that was going on.
Anyway, when I extended my arms, I felt a sharp pain. Everyone else in the gym looked, and said, "Was that you???" I guess the crack was that loud. It really doesn't hurt all that much, unless I do the maneuver in question. Maybe some exercises will help.
